Project management underpins success. To that end, we use various project management methodologies but Agile is essentially what we promote to turn around projects at speed and quality. It is a necessary methodology which is increasingly being used to manage the delivery of products and services. We have our own in-house agile project managers and we also work with partners to provide top class project management.
